Welcome to 1947. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and 1947 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 1947 mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Player and tournament information

The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Match predictions and statistics are for personal use and should not be relied upon for any gambling, wagering, or financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this App.

We specifically disclaim:

The prediction features in the App are for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any prediction outcomes and strongly advise against using the App for gambling or wagering purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 1947 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1947 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms

12. Termination
